After the high and low temperature test chamber has been in use for a period, dust may accumulate on some critical components, which need to be cleaned. With the power turned off and the machine stopped, regularly inspect and clean the condenser and fan motor to ensure proper heat dissipation during operation. Generally, at the end of each workday, wipe the interior and exterior of the chamber with a dry cloth to keep the machine clean and dry, preventing oxidation or dust buildup in certain areas.

Every two weeks, power on the high and low temperature test chamber and let it run for one hour. If the equipment is left unused for an extended period, it is advisable to run it for a few minutes before shutting it down, repeating this process several times. This prevents the compressor from running continuously for extended periods to reach the desired temperature, which could burden the compressor and cause wear on some components.

Regularly inspect the chamber body, all copper pipes, connection points, screws, and other parts for leaks, rust, looseness, or testing errors. Lubricate, adjust, or replace certain components as necessary.

The location where the equipment is placed must be cool and well-ventilated. If the environmental conditions do not meet these requirements, install air conditioning or exhaust fans in the surrounding area.
