Product application:
The chamber of the air-exchange aging test chamber is suitable for heat resistance testing of electrical insulation materials and ventilation aging testing of electronic components and plastic products.
Chamber structure:
The chamber of the air-exchange aging test chamber is processed and formed by a CNC machine tool, with an aesthetically pleasing, generous, and novel design. It also features a non-reaction handle for easy operation.
The inner lining of the chamber is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) plate or fabricated by TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding with 304B stainless steel.
The outer shell is made of A3 steel plate with plastic spraying, enhancing the appearance and cleanliness.
The air-exchange aging test box is equipped with an intelligent programmable microcomputer controller with temperature control protection, featuring a timer function for precise and reliable temperature control.
A large observation window with a lighting lamp keeps the interior bright, and the use of tempered glass allows for a clear view of the conditions inside the chamber at any time.
The hot air circulation system consists of fans that can operate continuously at high temperatures and specially designed air ducts, ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the working chamber.
The aging box is equipped with a low-speed rotating turntable.
The chamber insulation uses superfine glass fiber insulation cotton to avoid unnecessary energy loss.
The duration and frequency of air exchange can be set arbitrarily.
